How it works for charities

Large organisations - universities, NHS trusts, councils - regularly have surplus furniture and equipment they no longer need. Instead of sending it to landfill, they list it on Warp-It. As a registered charity or school, you can claim these items completely free of charge.

What's available?

Everything from office desks and chairs to IT equipment, shelving, catering supplies, lab equipment, and much more. Items are listed by organisations across the UK, so availability varies by location - but there's usually something near you.

It's completely free

There is no cost to register or use Warp-It as a charity or school. You get full access to the platform, including:

• Browsing and claiming items from partner organisations
• Listing your own surplus items
• Messaging with item owners
• Impact tracking and reporting
